Klaus started Real Estate Investments 2006 in Portland, OR, while working as a product design director for Nike.

Over the years he invested in Real Estate that gave him the opportunity to use his talent to envision the potential of a real property and combining it with a clear vision of what it can become and then making it happen.

​

He enjoys the process  from market research, purchase, remodel and resale of the property in all aspects.

​

His investments focus is on single family and multi family properties that can be owner occupied or rented.

​

He leads towards a contemporary design approach that is clearly visible in the finished projects.

​

Klaus was born in Germany and his family currently lives in Villanova, PA. They will relocate back to Newton, MA in the Summer of 2024 where they lived previously for 8 years.

 

He will continue to do what he loves most, to work on Real Estate Investments in the Greater Boston Area and Massachusetts combined with an eye for good design.
